This two-day workshop is an invitation to rediscover play, presence, and authentic connection.

Through improvisation, awareness, listening, and embodied play, we’ll explore what happens when we let go of the need to be clever, successful, or entertaining. Working in a supportive and playful environment, we’ll cultivate spontaneity, connection, and the freedom to respond honestly in the moment.

Whether you’re an actor, performer, educator, or simply curious about developing greater presence and confidence, this workshop offers practical tools in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. No previous experience is required.

Registration: $300 CAD

Spaces are limited to ensure plenty of individual attention and a supportive group experience.
