• 5 hours of daily instruction with me play and presence work
• 1–2 hours of yoga and qigong each day

This work teaches us to play, not to push too much or shy away but to bring our full selves to the moment - to find our open, sensitive, vulnerable, and ridiculous quality. Open to actors, non-actors, clowns, artists and brave souls- all those craving to reconnect with laughter, the pleasure to play and a freedom from the fear of failure.
